By creating an account or subscribing to Vitix, you confirm agreement with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Vitix delivers autonomous SEO content tools. Operations utilize credits based on content length and model choice.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities performed under your verified credentials.

Users agree not to produce unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or spam materials violating Google Search Essentials guidelines.

All platform technology and interfaces remain Vitix property. All outputs produced for your website belong entirely to you.

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our authorized Merchant of Record, which handles billing, invoices and sales tax/VAT. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided fewer than 10% of the purchased credits have been used. Send refund requests to support@vitix.net; they are processed within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Vitix reserves the right to modify these terms with advance notice. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of updated provisions.
